A little about me
Serena has worked in corporate communications for over 20 years with lived experience in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, executive coaching, media coaching, project management, team building and other not-so-pleasant fear-filled experiences that she has not only survived, but surthrived. Serena's resilient spirit guides her. She is generous with her heart, time and experience. When asked why she chose to coach? She responds "Empowering others is what empowers me. I want to do my part so people know they don't have to tough it out on their own. I provide a guided space toward serenity, whether it be in life, relationships or at work. We don't have to just survive that which threatens to destroy us, we can see it, transform that energy and harness it to move forward. It just takes that first step - a call, an email, a desire to change."
